End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Industresource Finance Dashboard application ("Application"), operated by Industresource ("Company"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. License Grant
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application solely for internal business purposes within your role at Industresource or its subsidiaries.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Application
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Application
- Share your login credentials or grant access to unauthorized individuals
- Use the Application for any purpose other than authorized business activities
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data beyond your permitted scope
3. Third-Party Services
The Application connects to third-party services including Intuit QuickBooks Online via secure OAuth 2.0 authentication. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service. The Application accesses QuickBooks data in read-only mode.
4. Data Handling
The Application accesses financial data from QuickBooks Online on your behalf. This data is processed in real time and displayed within the Application. The Application is hosted on private infrastructure controlled by the Company. For details on data practices, see our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
The Application, including its design, code, and content, is the property of Industresource and its developer, PeachByte LLC. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.
8. Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Application ceases immediately.
9. Changes to This Agreement
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
