Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Industresource Finance Dashboard ("Application") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our service.

1. Information We Access

The Application accesses the following data from QuickBooks Online through a secure OAuth 2.0 connection:

• Invoice records (amounts, dates, customers, status)
• Payment records
• Estimate records (open orders, balances)
• Purchase order records
• Profit & loss reports and account balances

All QuickBooks data is accessed in read-only mode. The Application does not create, modify, or delete any records in QuickBooks.

2. Authentication Information

The Application uses Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for user authentication via single sign-on. We receive your name and email address from your organizational identity provider. We do not collect or store passwords.

3. How We Use Information

Data accessed through QuickBooks is used solely to:

• Generate financial dashboards and reports for authorized users
• Display real-time business metrics including invoicing, payments, and open orders

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to the Application's core functionality.

4. Data Storage and Security

• The Application is hosted on private infrastructure controlled by Industresource
• QuickBooks data is retrieved in real time and rendered in the browser; it is not permanently stored in a separate database
• OAuth tokens are stored securely on the server and used only for authorized API calls
• All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Data is accessible only to authorized Industresource personnel who have been granted access to the Application.

6. Data Retention

QuickBooks data is accessed in real time and is not permanently stored outside of QuickBooks. OAuth tokens are retained only while the QuickBooks connection is active. Users may disconnect the QuickBooks integration at any time, which immediately revokes the Application's access.

7. Your Rights

You may:

• Request information about what data the Application accesses on your behalf
• Disconnect the QuickBooks integration at any time through the Application interface
• Request that your account access be revoked by contacting your administrator

8. Third-Party Services

The Application integrates with:

• Intuit QuickBooks Online — for financial data access (Intuit Privacy Policy)
• Microsoft Entra ID — for authentication (Microsoft Privacy Statement)

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
