These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Industresource Finance Dashboard ("Application"). By using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The Application is available exclusively to authorized employees and contractors of Industresource and its subsidiaries. Access is granted through your organizational Microsoft Entra ID account.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Application only for its intended purpose: viewing financial reports and dashboards related to Industresource business operations. You may not:
- Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures
- Share or export data to unauthorized parties
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Application
3. QuickBooks Integration
The Application connects to QuickBooks Online using Intuit's OAuth 2.0 authentication. By authorizing the connection, you consent to the Application accessing your company's QuickBooks data in read-only mode. You may disconnect the integration at any time.
4. Availability
The Application is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
5. Confidentiality
Financial data displayed in the Application is confidential business information. You agree to handle this data in accordance with Industresource's internal data handling policies and not to share it outside the organization without proper authorization.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Application, including its design, code, and visual elements, belong to Industresource and PeachByte LLC.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Application displays financial data sourced from QuickBooks Online and other integrated systems. While we strive for accuracy, the Application is not a substitute for professional financial advice. Industresource and PeachByte LLC shall not be liable for decisions made based on data displayed in the Application.
8. Termination
Your access to the Application may be terminated at any time by your organization's administrator or by the Company. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
